We ship everywhere in North America. For an additional charge, we ship to Europe. We also offer shipping to Africa, Asia and the Middle East, please contact us for shipping charges.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Please allow 4-5 weeks from the date of your order for your VrsaFit to be built and shipped. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5 to 7 business days during non-peak seasons. For expedited shipping or information on international delivery times, please contact us directly.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
The VrsaFit is eligible for return within 14 days of it's delivery date. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.
